Other months we bring back a fan favourite for a limited return. Either way, each duo is made in a single, limited batch based on that month's orders, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting to sell. Once that batch is gone, it's gone — until we feature it again.

If your order includes items alongside this month's VIP Special, we'll hold your entire order and ship everything together in one parcel once your VIP bundle has finished curing. This means you only pay for postage once — you'll just receive everything on the later date rather than in two shipments.

Trim the wick to 5mm before every light for a clean, even burn.
Burn for 2–3 hours at a time to allow a full, even wax pool — this prevents tunnelling.
Keep away from drafts, curtains, and anything flammable. Discontinue burning when 1cm of wax remains at the base.
For your reed diffuser: flip the reeds every 3–5 days to refresh the scent throw — more often in the first week for the strongest throw.
Keep the diffuser upright, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to preserve the fragrance.
