At ALITTLETAME, we want to get your goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible!

We partner with Australia Post and trusted courier services to deliver your orders across Australia. We select the most suitable delivery provider for each order based on your location, parcel size and available services.

Every shipped order includes tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch Times

Local Orders (within 5km of Secret Harbour)

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM AWST (Perth time).
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day.

All Other Orders

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM AWST are generally dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM are generally dispatched the next business day.

Dispatch times apply Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, including Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer. If we experience an unexpected delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Express Shipping – Australia Wide

Express orders are sent using an express delivery service. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Depending on your delivery location and the service selected, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners.

We reserve the right to select the delivery provider for standard shipping orders. The provider may vary between orders, but the shipping service selected at checkout will be honoured.

Local Deliveries

For local van deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window or that you have provided suitable delivery instructions.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider and help work towards a resolution.
